HOCUT® 4260 is an advanced, boron- and formaldehyde-free emulsion technology with high lubricity that enables extremely long lubricant life and higher metal removal performance than conventional products.
HOCUT® 4260 is used in particular for machining structural and cabin elements in the aircraft industry, which are made of aluminum and composite materials, as well as engine elements made of titanium alloys and Inconel.

 
Application:
HOCUT® 4260 is used for simple to heavy machining operations and high-speed operations on many materials in the aerospace industry, such as aluminum alloys (2000 and 7000 alloys), composite materials, but also on steel and cast materials.
HOCUT® 4260 can also be used for grinding operations. Due to its extreme durability, the product is suitable for centralized systems and single-filled machines. The modern boron-free technology extends the emulsion service life without regular biocide treatments. The versatile product was developed for use in a wide variety of preparation waters and allows foam-free operation at water hardness between 10 and 70 °dH.
