Quaker Houghton HOCUT® 4646

HOCUT® 4646 is an advanced, semi-synthetic, boron-free emulsion technology that enables extremely long lubricant life and higher cutting performance than conventional products.

 
Application:
HOCUT® 4646 has been specially developed for simple to medium machining on steel and aluminium alloys. Due to the good wetting properties, the machines also pollute significantly less soil during grinding work on grey cast iron than with conventional cooling lubricants.
Due to its extreme durability, the product is suitable for central systems and single-filled machines. The modern boron-free technology extends the emulsion service life without regular biocide treatments.
The product is designed for soft to hard water (5° – 30 °dH)
