Quaker Houghton ADRANA DF 200

ADRANA DF 200 is a classic, semi-synthetic cooling lubricant concentrate that produces stable, formaldehyde-free microemulsions. It is based on high-quality mineral oils and a sophisticated emulsifier package and is a formaldehyde depot-free alternative to Adrana D 208.

 
Application:
ADRANA DF 200 is a cooling lubricant for general metalworking, especially suitable for simple cutting and grinding work on steel and grey cast iron.
Due to its good wetting properties, the machines become significantly less dirty than with conventional coolants, even when grinding grey cast iron. ADRANA DF 200 has been designed for soft and hard preparation water and can be used in both stand-alone machines and centralised systems.
