Description

WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID S is suspensions containing solid lubricant based on mineral and hydrocarbon oils. Upon evaporation of the base oil at temperatures above 200°C the olid lubricants provide dry lubrication.

Application

WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID products are used for the lubrication of conveyor chains in tube annealing furnaces,
continuous furnaces or stress-relieving ovens at temperatures > 250°C.

Application notes

WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID S Initial lubrication by immersion at the chain manufacturer.
Relubrication by automatic metering systems. Recommended chain temperature for relubrication: < 100°C.[:de]

Beschreibung

WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID S sind festschmierstoffhaltige Suspensionen auf Basis von Mineralöl-/ Kohlenwasserstoffölen. Bei Temperaturen über 200°C verdampft das Grundöl, die Festschmierstoffkombination
wirkt dann als Trockenschmierstoff.

Anwendungsgebiete

Zur Schmierung von Transportketten z.B. in Tubenglühöfen, Blockwärmeöfen, oder Entspannungsöfen mit
Anwendungstemperaturen > 250°C.

Anwendungshinweise

WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID S Erstschmierung beim Kettenhersteller im Tauchverfahren. Nachschmierung mit automatischem Dosiergerät. Empfohlene Kettentemperatur bei Nachschmierung < 100°C ACHTUNG: WOLFRAKOTE TOP FLUID S enthält ein Lösemittel. Bei der Verarbeitung fern von Zündquellen halten und die Angaben des Sicherheitsdatenblattes beachten. Um das Absetzen von Festschmierstoffen zu verhindern, ist bei
Verwendung von automatischen Dosiergeräten ein Rührwerk zu verwenden.[:]
