Description

Klübersynth BEM 34-32 is a special high pressure, synthetic, smooth-running grease for use across a wide service temperature range. Its excellent ageing stability allows extended relubrication intervals or lifetime lubrication to be accomplished.

Application

The low base oil viscosity of Klübersynth BEM 34-32 ensures smooth running of linear guides, ball bushings, ball screws, rolling bearings, plain bearings as well as small gear systems in all sectors which are not subject to high vacuum, high temperatures or aggressive media. Due to the excellent metal adhesion properties, Klübersynth BEM 34-32 achieves considerably lower wear rates than many PFPE-based greases used under similar application conditions. The product is compatible with most plastic seals and cage materials.

Application notes

Klübersynth BEM 34-32 can be applied by brush, spatula or preferably by grease gun. Owing to the many different plastic compositions the lubricant’s compatibility should be checked prior to series production.

Beschreibung

Klübersynth BEM 34-32 ist ein synthetisches Leichtlauffett für einen weiten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich. Es besitzt ein hohes Druckaufnahmevermögen. Die gute Alterungsstabilität ermöglicht verlängerte Nachschmierintervalle bis hin zur Langzeit- oder For-Life-Schmierung.

Anwendungsgebiete

Die niedrige Grundölviskosität ermöglicht den Leichtlauf von Linearführungen, Kugelbuchsen, Kugelgewindespindeln, Wälzlagern, Gleitlagern und Kleingetrieben in allen Bereichen, jedoch nicht bei Einfluss von Hochvakuum, hohen Temperaturen und aggressiven Medien. Die gute Haftung an der Reibstelle in Kombination mit oben genannten Merkmalen führt zu einer erheblichen Reduzierung der Verschleißrate durch Klübersynth BEM 34-32, insbesondere im Vergleich zu PFPE-ölhaltigen Schmierfetten. Klübersynth BEM 34-32 ist
verträglich mit verschiedenen Kunststoffdichtungen und Käfigmaterialien.

Anwendungshinweise

Klübersynth BEM 34-32 ist mit Pinsel, Spatel und bevorzugt mit Fettpresse aufzutragen. Sollte der Schmierstoff mit Kunststoffen in Kontakt kommen ist es notwendig, vor Serienanwendung die Verträglichkeit zu testen aufgrund der vielen unterschiedlichen Zusammensetzungen innerhalb der Kunststofffamilien.[:]
