The product is strongly thixotrope, has a good adhesion and can be overpainted with the commercially available lacquer systems. Processing instructions:

Elaskon Steinschlagschutz black can be used with any UBC pistol. The optimum processing air pressure is 3-5 bar. The substrate must be clean, rust-free and dry. Eigenschaften:

Elaskon Steinschlagschutz schwarz ist ein Unterbodenschutz auf Basis von synthetischen Harzen und Kautschuk. Schnell trocknend. Das Produkt ist stark thixotrop, hat eine gute Haftung und ist überlackierbar mit den handelsüblichen Lacksystemen. Nach Anwendung wird ein geschlossener und elastischer Film mit viel Struktur und mit ausgezeichnetem Steinschlag- und Korrosionsschutz gebildet.

Verarbeitungshinweise:

Elaskon Steinschlagschutz schwarz ist mit jeder UBC-Pistole zu verarbeiten. Der optimale Verarbeitungsluftdruck ist 3-5 bar. Der Untergrund muß sauber, rostfrei und trocken sein. Vor Gebrauch sollte die Dose gut geschüttelt werden. Zur Überlackierung mit Kunstharzlacken muß der Auftragsfilm weitestgehend, mit 2K- und Nitrolacken vollständig
verfestigt sein. Bei Nitro- und 2K-lacken dünn vorspritzen und nach ausreichender Ablüftzeit nachspritzen.

Das Produkt ist entfernbar mit Lösemittel wie Testbenzin, Xylol, Kaltreiniger etc. Auftragen auf durch Sandstrahlen gereinigte Blanke Oberflächen ohne Auftrag von Haftverbesserern.[:]
