Elaskon NK-BB

Elaskon NK-BB is a maintenance lubricant for wire ropes. It is especially used for hoist ropes for cable ways as well as for elevator ropes.

Properties:

Elaskon NK-BB is liquid and contains an aromatic free solvent. After evaporation of the solvent a touch prove film is formed on the surfaces. It is water absorbing and has good adhesive power as well as excellent corrosion protection abilities.

Application:

Elaskon NK-BB is supplied in liquid form and applicable at normal temperature on the cleaned rope surface by spraying, brushing, rolling or that like. The film is ready after evaporation of the solvent, depending on climate conditions after 2-8 hours. The optimal application temperature is 20°C.

Elaskon NK-BB

Elaskon NK-BB ist ein Nachschmiermittel zur Schmierung und Konservierung von Drahtseilen. Es wird speziell bei Förderseilen von Bergbahnen und bei Aufzugseilen eingesetzt.

Eigenschaften:

Elaskon NK-BB ist flüssig und enthält ein aromatenfreies Lösungsmittel. Nach Verdunstung des Lösungsmittels wird ein grifffester Film auf den Oberflächen gebildet. Es ist feuchtigkeitsunterwandernd und verfügt über gutes Haftvermögen bei optimalen Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften.

Verarbeitungshinweise:

Elaskon NK-BB wird in flüssiger Form angeliefert und kann mittels Sprühen, Streichen, Rollen o.ä. bei Normaltemperatur auf die Seiloberflächen aufgebracht werden. Nach Verdunsten des Lösungsmittels, je nach klimatischen Verhältnissen 2-8 Stunden, ist der Schmierfilm fertig ausgebildet. Die optimale Verarbeitungstemperatur liegt bei 20°C.[:]
