Elaskon Formenal 12 is a special moulding and parting agent for the concrete industry. Also applicable as protection of concrete mixing and transport equipment.

Properties:

Elaskon Formenal 12 yields a physical and chemical parting layer between concrete and mould, which doesnt run even at elevated temperatures. Makes demoulding easy and gives pure, stain free concrete surfaces. The parting oil is anticorrosive and not aggresive against paint, plastic or metal.

Application:

Elaskon Formenal 12 can be applied as delivered. Spray thinly onto the clean and dry formwork.

Elaskon Formenal 12 ist ein Spezialtrennmittel für die Betonindustrie. Schützt zusätzlich bei Baumaschinen und Baufahrzeugen vor Betonanbackungen.

Eigenschaften:

Elaskon Formenal 12 bildet eine physikalisch-chemisch trennende Schicht zwischen Beton und Form, die auch bei höheren Temperaturen ablauffest ist. Es erleichtert das Entschalen und ermöglicht die Herstellung von sauberen, fleckenfreien Betonflächen. Das Trennöl ist antikorrosiv eingestellt und wirkt nicht aggressiv gegen Lack, Kunststoff und Metall.

Verarbeitungshinweise:

Formenal 12 wird im Anlieferungszustand verarbeitet. Das Trennmittel dünn auf die saubere, trockene Schalung aufsprühen.[:]
