Description

The oils of the FUCHS PLANTOTAC HV series are tacky oils based on natural materials that are rapidly biodegradable. PLANTOTAC HV oils have excellent wear protection and high lubricating film strength. Because of the good adhesive properties of the PLANTOTAC HV oils, the friction coefficient is reduced to a minimum. The high lubricating film strength insures optimum lubrication even with fast-running machines under high load.

Application

The oils of the PLANTOTAC HV series are mainly used for lubricating so called lubrication loss points, e.g. bearings, guide rails on sawing grids, joints, bolts for paper, packaging and printing machines, in the wood processing industry where oils with good adhesive properties are required.

Beschreibung

Die Öle der Reihe FUCHS PLANTOTAC HV sind biologisch schnell abbaubare Haftöle auf Basis natürlicher Rohstoffe. (PLANTOTAC HV 100 S ist auf Basis synthetischer Erster hergestellt.)
PLANTOTAC HV-Öle weisen einen ausgezeichneten Verschleißschutz und hohe Schmierfilmfestigkeit auf. Durch die gute Haftfähigkeit der PLANTOTAC HV-Öle wird der Reibbeiwert auf ein Minimum reduziert. Die hohe Schmierfilmfestigkeit gewährleistet auch bei schnelllaufenden Maschinen mit hoher Belastung eine optimale Schmierung.

Anwendung

Die Öle der PLANTOTAC HV-Reihe werden hauptsächlich zur Schmierung sogenannter Verlustschmierstellen eingesetzt, wie z.B. bei nicht öldicht gekapselten Lagern, Führungsbahnen an Sägegattern, Gelenken, Bolzen an Papier-, Verpackungs-, Druckereimaschinen, in der holzverarbeitenden Industrie oder dort, wo ein Öl mit guter Haftfähigkeit benötigt wird.
