Elaskon Betonal Bio

Betonal Bio is a parting agent used as emulsion in water. Main applications are for cast in place concrete on wood and plastic-coated formwork and generally for impregnation of such formwork. Also to be used as parting agent for asphalt in road constructions to avoid sticking of the material to all kinds of devices.

Properties:

Betonal Bio yields stable emulsions also with hard water. It is not pore-forming.

Application:

Betonal Bio While stirring add Betonal Bio to some water and emulsify. NOT VICE VERSA! Add the rest of water while stirring. Dirty water decreases the stability of the emulsion. As parting agent for concrete we suggest a ratio of 1 : 5 to 1 : 10, for asphalt of 1 : 20. The emulsion is sensitive to low temperatures.

Ist ein biologisch abbaubares Formen- und Trennmittel

Betonal Bio ist als wässrige Emulsion vorwiegend bei saugender Schalung (Holz) zur Ortbetonherstellung und als Brettpflegemittel, aber auch bei kunststoffbeschichteter Holzschalung einsetzbar. Als Trennmittel im Asphaltstraßenbau zur Verhinderung des Anbackens von Mischgut.

Eigenschaften:

Betonal Bio bildet auch mit hartem Wasser stabile Emulsionen. Nicht aufbauend oder porenbildend.

Verarbeitungshinweise:

Betonal Bio wird unter Rühren einem Teil Wasser zugegeben und emulgiert – NICHT UMGEKEHRT ! Anschließend wird der Rest Wasser während des Rührens zugemischt. Verunreinigtes Wasser setzt die Stabilität der Emulsion herab. Als Betontrennmittel wird ein Mischverhältnis 1 : 5 bis 1 : 10 empfohlen – für Asphalt 1 : 10 bis 1 : 20.[:]
